Kids Helping Kids
Each month during Religious Education, our children will be given a new opportunity to serve other people.
Many children and adults in Oxford and around the world are not given the basic necessities that that we sometimes take for granted. Local and global service opportunities will be presented.

September- Children will meet at the Knolls of Oxford on Wednesday, Sept 20th 4-5PM to serve the elderly. We will share snacks, crafts, and prayers with a group of residents.
October - Children will be encouraged to help around their house each day of this month. Participating in our Body of Christ begins at home! Everyone can participate by contributing to chores around the house.
November – Our Religious Education Program will be working with Cross Catholic Outreach to give poor children in Guatemala a gift for Christmas. Each child in our program will pack a shoebox sized box full of toys to give. Click on the Box of Joy tab on this website to learn more.
December - Underprivileged children in Oxford will receive our Giving Tree donations. Each family from our program is encouraged to choose a Giving Tree tag off of our Christmas Tree in our Church.
February- Children will be encouraged to bring in gloves and mittens during the month of February. The gloves and mittens will go directly to the children who participate in The Backpack Program at Kramer Elementary.
March- Children will be encouraged to bring mini hand sanitizer during the month of March. This donation will go directly to the children who participate in The Backpack Program at Kramer Elementary.
April- Children will make bookmarks to be donated to the children who participate in The Backpack Program at Kramer Elementary.
May- Children will make keychains/backpack chains to be donated to the children who participate in The Backpack Program at Kramer Elementary.
