Worship Ministry
It is easy to think of church programs as ministry. It is harder to appreciate that God is working in each of us in the world of everyday living.
This information is not intended to recruit you into or for church tasks. It is intended to hold you responsible to your baptism to live and give witness to the gospel. The many volunteer activities detailed are an invitation to act or involve yourself in the mission Christ has given to the Church.
What we ‘do’ within and beyond the parish reflects who we are: disciples of Jesus Christ, each called, nurtured and sent by Jesus to build up the kingdom of God.
“Each one must use for the good of others the specific gifts received from God.” 1 Peter 4:10
